This set of 30 hexagonal blocks teach the workings of the bee family, how honeycomb is built and give a general idea a to the workings of the bee family and what goes on in a bee hive. Each block represents different aspects of a beehive and has 5 key characters - Queen, Worker, Drone, Egg and Larva. The queen is primarily there to lay eggs that will later turn into young bees, and the 'drones' are male bees that fertilise the eggs.
